Delete your Woosool account

Permanently delete your account and data, with 14 days to change your mind.

Warning

Deleting your account removes your mail, files and everything you created in Woosool apps. Download your data first.

  1. Go to account.woosool.com and open Data & privacy.
  2. Select Delete your Woosool Account.
  3. Enter your Current password.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and continue.

What happens next

  • Your account is scheduled for deletion and deleted after 14 days. A banner shows the date.
  • Until then you can sign in and select Cancel deletion.
  • You get e-mails when deletion is scheduled and if you cancel it.

If your account belongs to an organisation, your administrator may manage it instead.
