Choose which e-mails you get
Turn account-update e-mails on or off and see your recent alerts.
- Go to account.woosool.com and open Notifications.
- Under E-mail:
- Security alerts — new sign-ins, password and 2-Step Verification changes, account locks. These are Always on.
- Account & organisation updates — data exports ready, organisation role changes. You can turn these off.
- Under Recent alerts, see what happened on your account.
The bell at the top of every Woosool Account page shows new alerts. Select Mark all as read to clear them.
Note
The unsubscribe link at the bottom of account-update e-mails turns those e-mails off in one click. Security alerts are still sent.
