Messages not sending or arriving
What to do when a message fails or new messages don't show up.
A message shows "Sending…" or failed
- Check your connection. When offline, Lamma shows Offline — messages will be sent when you reconnect and sends them later.
- For a failed message, select Retry or Discard.
You can't post in a channel
- Only owners and admins can post in this channel — it's an announcement channel.
- This conversation is archived — it is read-only.
New messages don't appear
Reload the page. Lamma reconnects by itself and loads what you missed.
A file won't send
It may be larger than your plan allows, or contain a virus. See Lamma features by plan.
