Share a design
Share with colleagues to view, comment or edit, or create a public view link.
On this page
- Select Share.
- Under People, enter a Woosool e-mail address, choose the Access — Can view, Can comment or Can edit — and select Share.
Everyone who can edit works at the same time, with live cursors and selections. Copy link copies the Design link; only people you share with can open it.
Public view link
Under Public view link, select Create view link. Anyone with the link can view, not edit. The link is shown only once — copy it straight away. Revoke stops it.
Send it
- E-mail as picture or E-mail as PDF link: saves the file to Khazna and opens Barid.
- Save PNG to Khazna.
- Share in Lamma: copies the design link and opens Lamma.

File › Share as organisation template lets everyone in your organisation start from a copy of your design.

Organisation templates are available on Business and Enterprise.
