Move, copy and rename files

Rename files and folders, move them to another folder or make a copy.

Rename

Select the item and choose Rename (or press F2), type the new name and save.

Move

  1. Select one or more items.
  2. Choose Move to….
  3. Open the destination folder and select Move here.

You can also drag items onto a folder.

Copy

  • Make a copy creates a copy next to the original.
  • Copy to… lets you pick another folder, then Copy here.

Note

You can only move items within their owner's Khazna. For files someone shared with you, make a copy instead. In a shared drive, only managers and content managers can move items out.
