Use sections and branching

Sections

Select Add section to start a new page. Give it a Section title and Section description. Move sections up or down, or delete one (its questions join the previous section).

Branching

1. On a multiple-choice, dropdown or yes/no question, open More options and turn on Go to section based on answer.
2. For each option, choose the section to go to, or Submit form.
3. At the end of each section, choose where to go next (Continue to next section by default).

Answers from skipped sections aren't recorded.
