Attach files and Khazna files

Attach a file

1. In a message, select Attach files (the paper clip), or drag files into the message.
2. Images can also be pasted or inserted with Insert image.

Attach from Khazna

1. Select Insert from Khazna.
2. Pick a file from My Khazna, Recent, Shared with me or Shared drives.
3. Choose:
   • Attach a copy — adds the file to the e-mail.
   • Insert link — shares the file instead. Woosool recipients get view access; other recipients get a view link.

If files would make the message too large, Barid offers Send as Khazna link.

Save attachments to Khazna

On a received message, select Save to Khazna on an attachment, or Save all to Khazna, then choose a folder.
