Show images and trust a sender
Load images in a message, and always show them for senders you trust.
To protect your privacy, Barid can block images that load from the internet, so senders can't tell when you opened their message.
Show images in one message
When you see Images are not displayed., select Display images.
Always show images from a sender
Open the message's menu and select Mark as safe sender, or Always show images from this sender. Safe senders show a Safe sender badge. Select Remove from safe senders to undo.
Turn blocking on or off
In Settings › Preferences, turn Block external images on or off.
Dark mode
In dark mode Barid adapts message colours so they stay readable. Select Show original colors to see the message as the sender designed it.
