Draw on the meeting whiteboard
Draw, write and annotate pictures and PDFs together on a shared whiteboard.
On this page
- Select Open whiteboard.
- Use the tools: Pen, Highlighter, Eraser, Line, Arrow, Rectangle, Ellipse, Text and Select and move.
- Add pages with Add a blank page.
Pictures and PDF
Select Import to add pictures (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF) or pages of a PDF, or drop and paste them onto the board. PDF pages become page backgrounds you can annotate.
Save the board
Select Download › Download this page (PNG) or Download all pages (PDF).
The host chooses who can draw. The board is shared with breakout rooms.
