Keep Khazna files offline
Keep encrypted copies of files and folders on your phone so you can open them without a connection.
- In the Khazna app, open the menu of a file or folder and choose Make available offline.
- Khazna downloads it and keeps an encrypted copy on the phone. It shows as Available offline.
Open Offline files to see everything kept on the phone. When you're offline, files open from the saved copy: Offline — showing the copy saved on this phone.
Updates and space
- Offline files update when they change in Khazna. Turn on Update offline files on Wi-Fi only in Settings to save mobile data.
- Settings shows how much space offline files use on the phone.
- Remove offline copy on one item, or Remove all offline files in Settings. Nothing changes in Khazna.
If someone else saved a newer version while you edited offline, the app asks you to Keep mine, Save a copy or Load theirs.
Signing out of the app deletes offline files and anything still waiting to upload.
