Reduce size, save as PDF/A and check accessibility
Make a PDF smaller, convert it for long-term archiving, and check it for accessibility.
Reduce file size
In the Protect workspace, choose Reduce file size. Waraq shows the size before and after.
PDF/A
In Convert › PDF/A, Check compliance or Convert to PDF/A for long-term archiving. Remove any password first: PDF/A files can't be encrypted.
Accessibility
In Convert › Accessibility, select Run check. Each item shows Passed, Failed or Needs manual check. Use Fix or Fix all where offered.
Document details
Document details shows the Title, Author, Subject, Keywords, Fonts, PDF version and more.
