An issue won't move or save
Why a card won't move, a field is required, or you can't edit an issue.
- "{field} is required" — the workflow needs that field before the move. Fill it in and try again.
- The card snaps back — that move isn't allowed from this status, or only certain roles may make it.
- You can't edit — your role in the project only allows viewing. Ask a project admin.
- "Changed by someone else" — choose Use latest or Overwrite with mine.
- "Complete the active sprint first" — only one sprint can be active.
