Fix common Wajha problems
What to do when a site doesn't open, a domain won't verify or form messages don't arrive.
- This site doesn't exist or you don't have access to it. The site was deleted, or the owner hasn't shared it with you. Ask the owner to invite you.
- My changes aren't on the live site. The builder saves as you go, but visitors only see what you publish. Select Publish › Publish live.
- The domain stays on Waiting for DNS. Check that the records match exactly, wait a few hours, then select Verify again.
- No form submissions arrive by e-mail. Check Send form submissions to in Site settings › Forms & privacy, and your Barid spam folder. Submissions are always kept in Site settings › Submissions.
- An embed shows a message instead of the content. Only some sites can be embedded. Add the address under Extra embed origins (https only) in Site settings › Forms & privacy.
- A Woosool Form shows "ask the form owner". Only the form's owner or editors can allow it on your site. Ask them to paste the link.
- The store or member features are greyed out. Your plan doesn't include them. See Wajha features by plan.
