Share a presentation and edit together
Invite people to view, comment or edit, and build slides together in real time.
- Select Share at the top.
- Under Add people by email, enter addresses and choose viewer, commenter or editor.
- Select Invite.
Under Public link, select Create link and Copy link so anyone with the link can open it. Disable link stops it.
Edit together
You see who is in the presentation and what they selected; dots on the slide thumbnails show where others are. Text typed at the same time in the same box is merged character by character. Undo only reverts your own changes.
