Share passwords with a shared vault

Items are shared by putting them in a shared vault. Each shared vault has its own key, sealed for each member.

1. Open Sharing and Create shared vault. Enter the Vault name.
2. Under Members, enter an E-mail address, choose the Role — Can view, Can edit, Can manage or Owner — and select Add.
3. Move items into the vault: edit an item and change its Vault.

If the person hasn't set up Aman yet, they're added now and get access once they set up their vault and you Confirm them.

Verify the person

For sensitive vaults, compare the Key fingerprint with the person — by phone or face to face — before adding them. If Aman warns that a person's key changed, check the fingerprint again.

Hide passwords

Hide passwords lets members use (copy) passwords without revealing them in Aman. It's a convenience, not a security guarantee.

Removing someone

After you Remove a member, choose Rotate key so they can't open anything added from now on. Change the passwords they could already see.
