Share a board
Invite people to view, comment, edit or facilitate, set an end date, or create a read-only link.
- Select Share.
- Enter an E-mail address, choose the Access — Can view, Can comment, Can edit or Can facilitate — and select Invite.
- Optionally, set when Access ends — after a number of days, or No end date.
Remove access stops sharing with someone.
Everyone on the board appears at the top, with live cursors and selections. Turn off Show others' cursors in the Board menu if they distract you.
Read-only link
Under Read-only link, select Create link and Copy it. Anyone with the link can view the board, live, without signing in. Revoke stops it.
Plan
Read-only links are available on Pro, Business and Enterprise.
