Organise information in a database
Build a database of pages with properties, and view it as a table, board, list, gallery or calendar.
On this page
- Type
/database. Each row is a page with its own content. - Add a property and choose a Property type: Text, Number, Select, Multi-select, Status, Date, Checkbox, URL, Email, Phone, Created time or Last edited time.
- Select New to add a row. Open a row to write on its page.
Views
Add a view and pick a layout:

| Board | Cards grouped by a Select, Status or Checkbox property; drag cards between columns |
| List | A simple list of pages |
| Gallery | Cards with covers |
| Calendar | Rows on the days of a Date property |
Filters and sorts
Filter shows only rows that match conditions such as contains, is, is empty or is before. Sort orders rows ascending or descending. Properties chooses which ones are shown in each view, and Search this database finds rows.
