Focus time

Press f or choose Focus time under More ways to create. You show as busy, reminders pause while it runs, and you can tick Decline new invitations during focus time.

Out of office

Choose Out of office and set the dates. Colleagues see you as out of office when they invite you. Tick Decline new invitations while I'm away to answer them automatically.

Show me as

For any event, Show me as Busy or Free decides whether it blocks your time.
