Start a direct or group conversation
Message one person, a small group, or yourself.
- Select New message.
- Type names or e-mail addresses. Add up to 8 people for a group conversation.
- Select Open conversation.
To keep notes for yourself, choose Message yourself.
People from other organisations can be added by their full e-mail address. They join as guests and are marked External.
