Choose question types
The kinds of questions you can ask, from short answers to ratings and signatures.
Open a question and choose its Question type:
| Group | Types |
|---|---|
| Text | Short answer, Paragraph, Email, Number, Phone |
| Choice | Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown, Yes / No, Ranking |
| Scales | Linear scale, Rating (stars, hearts or numbers), Net Promoter Score, Likert |
| Grids | Multiple-choice grid, Checkbox grid, Text matrix |
| More | Date, Time, File upload, Signature, Consent / terms |
| Layout | Title & description, Image, Video link |
Choice questions can have pictures for each option, an Add "Other" option, and Shuffle option order.
