Waiting room and guests
Decide who waits to be admitted and whether people without an account can join.
In Host controls › Meeting access:
- Waiting room:
- Guests and people outside my organisation wait to be admitted (default),
- Everyone waits to be admitted,
- Off — anyone with the link joins.
- Allow guests — people without a Woosool account can ask to join.
When someone asks to join, a banner appears. Open People › Waiting to join and select Admit, Deny or Admit all.
