Fill in a PDF form

Type in form fields, tick boxes, and add text, checks and dates anywhere on the page.

  1. Open the PDF and choose Fill & Sign.
  2. Click each field and type, or choose an option. Tab moves to the next field.
  3. If the PDF has no fields, use Text, Check mark, Cross and Date to write anywhere on the page.
  4. Save. The values are stored in the PDF.

Clear form empties every field. Flatten form turns the answers into normal page content so they can no longer be changed.
