Create a fillable form
Turn a PDF into a form by adding or detecting fields.
- Choose the Forms workspace.
- Detect fields finds places that look like fields, or use Add field and drag to place one: Text field, Date, Check box, Radio button, Dropdown, List box, Button or Signature field.
- In Field properties, set the Name, Tooltip, Required, Read only, Multiple lines, Maximum length, Options (one per line) or Default value.
- Save.
Fields are visited in reading order when people press Tab.
