Make scanned PDFs searchable (OCR)
Recognise the text in scanned pages so you can search, select and copy it.
- In the Convert workspace, choose Scan & OCR.
- Choose the Language — English, French or Arabic — and the Pages.
- Tick Also pages that already have text if needed, then run it.
Recognition runs on your device. The page looks the same, but you can now search and copy its text. Remove recognized text undoes it.
