Manage blog posts and other lists with collections

Create a collection

1. Open the CMS panel and select New collection.
2. Enter its Name and Address, then Add field for each piece of information: text, rich text, image, date, number, yes/no, link, reference to another collection, choice lists, e-mail or phone. Mark fields Required or Translatable as needed.

Add items

Select New item, fill in the fields and set the Status to Draft or Published. The Item address is Generated from the title unless you type one.

Show items on your site

• Add a CMS list element to a page to list items, with a limit, sort order and pages of results.
• Use Add a collection page in Pages to give each item its own page; bind its elements to the item's fields.
