Make your site multilingual
Add languages, translate texts in the Translate panel, and let visitors switch language.
- In Site settings › General, set the Site language and Direction (Left to right or Right to left).
- Under Languages, Add a language with its Language code (for example
frorar). You can add up to 12 extra languages. - Open the Translate panel. It shows how many texts are translated in each language; tick Missing translations only to see what's left, and select Show on the canvas to find a text on the page.
- To edit the page in another language, change the Editing language in the top bar.
- Add a Language switcher element so visitors can change language.
Each language gets its own address (such as /fr/), page titles, descriptions and page addresses. Texts that aren't translated show in the default language. Arabic pages are laid out right to left automatically.
