Build an internal app for your team
Make a site that colleagues open with their Woosool account to view and edit shared data.
An internal app is a site that people open with their Woosool account. Only app users can get in.
- In Site settings › Members & app, select Turn on the internal app and choose the App home page.
- In People › App users, add people and choose their Role: User or Manager. Your site's collaborators are app users automatically.
- Use data tables and forms on the app's pages to list, add, edit and delete entries in your collections.
Managers can see, edit and delete every entry; users get the rights you set on each collection. The Team CRM template is a ready-made example.
