Keep two-step verification codes in Aman
Add a site's authenticator secret to a login so Aman shows its one-time codes.
- When a site offers two-step verification with an authenticator app, ask it to show the secret key or the setup link, instead of only the QR code.
- Edit the login in Aman and paste it into One-time code (TOTP). A Base32 secret and an
otpauth://link both work. - Save. The login now shows the current code and how many seconds are left. Copy it when the site asks.
Codes are computed on your device.
Tip
Keeping the password and the one-time code in the same place is convenient, but for your most important accounts you may prefer a separate authenticator app.
