Facilitate a workshop
Lock the board, run private rounds, reveal frames step by step, run polls and an agenda.

People with Can facilitate access open Board menu › Facilitation. It has five tabs.
Session
- Participants can: Edit everything, Only add sticky notes or Change nothing. Voting, reactions and comments still work.
- Start a private round: new sticky notes stay face down for everyone but their author until you Reveal everyone's notes.
- Anonymous input hides names on cursors, reactions and the summary.
- Staged frames: Hide all frames, then Reveal next or Reveal all.
Agenda
Each frame becomes a step with its Minutes and Instructions. Start the agenda and move with Next step and Previous step.
Polls and hands
New poll asks a Question with Options (one per line). Participants can Raise hand; you can Lower all hands.
Summary
See who added what, with votes and polls, and download it.
Note
A private round hides notes in the app; it doesn't encrypt them.
