Add pictures, links and files

Pictures

Choose Picture (I), paste, or drop PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF files on the board. To take a picture from Khazna, open the Board menu › Insert picture from Khazna.

Select a picture to Crop… (free, 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, or an Ellipse mask) or Replace picture…. Add alt text for people who use a screen reader.

Links and web content

Paste a web address on the board to make a link card. Some video and document sites can be opened in a preview right on the board.

Files

Attach a file — from the right-click menu or the Command palette — or drop a file on the board. It adds a card that people can download. Pictures and files are checked for viruses.
