Use templates and the content library
Start from or insert one of 48 templates, and reuse components, icons, stickers and your own saved items.

Templates
Browse templates opens the gallery: agile, product, project management, UX, service design, strategy, analysis, workshops, diagrams and planning, in English, French and Arabic. Use template starts a new board. On an open board, right-click an empty area and choose Insert template to add one in free space.
Content library
The Content library button in the toolbar opens Components, Icons and Stickers. Click an item to add it in the middle of the view.
Select objects you reuse often and choose Save selection to my library. They appear in My library on every board.
Organisation templates
Board owners in an organisation can choose Board menu › Publish as organisation template. It appears for colleagues under From your organisation.
Plan
Organisation templates are available on Business and Enterprise.
