Create pages and shared spaces
Add private pages, nest pages inside each other, and create shared spaces for your team.
On this page
Pages
- New page (Ctrl + Alt + N) creates a page. Give it a Page title.
- Hover a page in the sidebar and choose Add a page inside to make a subpage, or type
/pagein a page. - Add icon and Add cover give a page an icon (in nine colours) and a colour or picture cover.
Private and shared
Pages under Private are only for you. A shared space holds pages for a team: everyone you invite sees every page in it.
To create one, choose New shared space on Home, enter a Name and select Create. Then invite people — see Share pages and spaces.
The space owner can Delete shared space; members can Leave shared space.
Plan
Free includes 2 spaces and Pro 20; Business and Enterprise have no plan limit.
