Share pages and spaces
Share a private page, invite people by e-mail or link, choose their access, or open a space to your organisation.
Share a private page
Select Share › Share this page. Midad moves the page and its subpages into a new shared space where you can invite people.
Invite people
- In a shared space, select Share.
- Under Invite people, enter an E-mail address and choose the access: Can view, Can comment or Can edit. Select Invite.
Someone without a Woosool account yet joins when they sign up with that address. People with access lists everyone; change their access or Remove them.
Invitation links
Under Invitation links, choose the access and Create link. Anyone signed in to Woosool who opens it joins with that access. The link is shown once — copy it straight away. Revoke stops it; people who joined keep their access.
Organisation access
Under Organisation access, choose Everyone in your organisation and their access. Colleagues find the space in their sidebar and join with one click. Only people invited closes it again.
Plan
Invitation links are available on Pro, Business and Enterprise.
