"This app is not included in your plan"
Why a Woosool app or feature says it is unavailable, and who can change it.
You may see one of these messages when you open an app or use a feature.
"This app is not included in your plan"
Your plan, or your organisation's plan, doesn't include this app or feature. Ask your administrator to upgrade, or see Compare plans.
"Your organisation does not allow your account to use this app"
Your organisation limits the app to certain groups. Your organisation's administrator controls this — contact them.
"Your organisation requires 2-Step Verification"
Turn on 2-Step Verification, then open the app again.
A limit was reached
Messages such as a maximum number of forms, boards or projects mean you reached a limit of your plan. Delete items you don't need, or upgrade.
