Approve sign-ins on your phone
Sign in on a computer without a password by tapping the matching number in a Woosool app on your phone.
On this page
If you use a Woosool app on your phone (Barid, Wasla, Yoom, Khazna or Aman) and that phone is approved, you can sign in on a computer without typing your password.
- On the computer, enter your address and select Continue.
- Choose Approve on your phone (or it is chosen for you).
- A Check your phone screen shows a number.
- On your phone, open the Woosool app and tap the same number.
The computer signs in as soon as you approve.
If it doesn't work
- Select Resend to send the request again.
- Select Use a code from your authenticator app instead, or I don't have my phone to choose another method.
- If you didn't try to sign in, refuse the request on the phone.
Turn it off
- Open Security & sign-in.
- Under How you sign in, untick Sign in with my phone without a password.
Note
Your organisation decides whether phone sign-in is allowed.
