Sign in to Woosool
Sign in with your address and a password, a passkey, or an approval on your phone.
You sign in once at Woosool Account, and every Woosool app uses that sign-in.
- Open any Woosool app, or go to account.woosool.com.
- Enter your Email address and select Continue.
- Woosool asks for the strongest method you have set up:
- Use a passkey — confirm with your fingerprint, face or screen lock.
- Approve on your phone — tap the matching number in the Woosool app on your phone.
- Enter your password — type the password of your Woosool account.
- To use a different method, select Other ways to sign in.
- If 2-Step Verification is on and you signed in with a password, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (or a backup code) and select Verify.
You are taken back to the app you were opening.
On a shared computer
When you sign out, Woosool can keep your account listed on the browser so you can sign back in quickly. On a shared computer, untick Keep this account listed on this browser when you sign out. See Use more than one account.
Note
Your organisation can turn off some sign-in methods. If a method is missing, ask your administrator.
