Add or change your recovery e-mail
Add an address outside Woosool that receives codes when you need to recover your account.
- Go to account.woosool.com and open Security & sign-in.
- Under Recovery email, select Update (or Add).
- Enter an address outside Woosool that you can open, then select Send code.
- Woosool sends a 6-digit code to that address. It expires in 15 minutes.
- Enter the code and select Verify.
The address is saved only after it is verified. Woosool tells both the old and new addresses when it changes.
Tip
Use an address you will still have in years, and that is not forwarded to your Woosool mailbox.
The recovery e-mail also receives copies of important security e-mails, such as password-reset messages.
