Set up ways to recover your account
Add a recovery e-mail, passkeys and trusted devices so you can get back in if you forget your password.
Your Woosool address is also your mailbox, so if you forget your password a reset link can't reach you there. Keep at least one other way to prove it's you.
- Go to account.woosool.com and open Security & sign-in.
- Find Ways to recover your account. Each line shows Ready or Missing:
- Recovery e-mail — an address outside Woosool that receives codes. See Add a recovery e-mail.
- Passkeys — any passkey can confirm it's you. See Sign in with a passkey.
- Signed-in devices — a phone or browser signed in for at least an hour can approve a reset.
- 2-Step Verification — when it is on, you also need an authenticator or backup code during a reset.
- Organisation admins — if your account belongs to an organisation, its admins can reset your password.
- Select Add next to anything that is missing.
Note
Recovery phone shows Not available: text-message codes aren't offered on Woosool yet.
