Reset a forgotten password
Prove it's you with a recovery e-mail code, a passkey or a signed-in device, then choose a new password.
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?
- Under Recover your account, enter your Woosool address and continue.
- Under How do you want to confirm it's you?, choose one:
- Get a code at your recovery e-mail — Woosool sends an 8-digit code that expires in 10 minutes.
- Use a passkey — on a device where you saved one.
- Approve from a signed-in device — a phone or browser where you're still signed in. Type the number shown on the other device.
- Ask your organisation's admin — for accounts managed by an organisation.
- If 2-Step Verification is on, enter a code from your authenticator app or a backup code.
- Choose a new password (at least 12 characters).
What happens next
You are signed out on every device and app. App passwords for mail apps are kept. Woosool lets you know at all your addresses.
Tip
Didn't get the code? Check spam, wait a minute, then select Send a new code or Try another way.
If none of the methods work, see When you can't use any method.
