What is a Woosool Account?
One account and one address for every Woosool app, from Barid mail to Khazna files.

Your Woosool Account is the one account you use for every Woosool app: Barid (mail), Khazna (files), Qalam (documents), Jadwal (spreadsheets), Wasla (meetings) and the rest. You sign in once and every app opens without asking again.
Your account address is also your mailbox. If you created a personal account, it looks like name@woosool.com. If your company uses Woosool, it is an address on your company's domain.
Where to manage it
Open account.woosool.com. The menu on the side has:
- Home — a summary of your security, recent activity and recommendations.
- Personal info — your name, photo, language, time zone and theme.
- Security & sign-in — password, 2-Step Verification, passkeys, devices and recovery options.
- Data & privacy — download your data, call privacy and account deletion.
- Third-party apps & services — apps you let use your account.
- Payments & subscriptions — your plan, payment methods and purchases.
- Notifications — which e-mails you get and recent alerts.
