Create a Woosool account

Sign up for a personal account with a woosool.com address, or a business account on your company's domain.

  1. Create a personal account
  2. Create a business account

You can create two kinds of account: a Personal account with your own @woosool.com address, or a Business account that uses your company's own domain.

Note

Woosool may open sign-up gradually. If you see Sign-up is by invitation, you need an invitation link from the Woosool team, or — to join your company — an invitation from your organisation's admin.

Create a personal account

  1. Go to account.woosool.com and select Create account.
  2. Choose Personal account.
  3. Under Your information, enter your First name and Last name, then choose a Username. Your address will be username@woosool.com.
  4. Choose a Password of at least 12 characters and confirm it.
  5. Select Create account. A quick security check runs in your browser — there is no captcha to solve.

Next you are asked to Protect your account: add a recovery e-mail outside Woosool, or a passkey. Do this now — your Woosool address is your mailbox, so a password reset can't be sent there. You can choose Skip for now and do it later from Ways to recover your account.

Create a business account

  1. Select Create account, then Business account.
  2. Under Your company, enter the Company name and the Company domain (for example yourcompany.com).
  3. Under Your admin account, choose Your address on that domain and a password.
  4. Select Create account.

Woosool creates your organisation and holds the domain for you while you prove you own it. Your mailbox at the domain starts working once the domain is verified.

Tip

If the domain already belongs to an organisation on Woosool, you can't sign up with it. Ask that organisation's admin to invite you.
