My changes aren't saving

"Not saved — retrying" or "Offline"

Your changes are kept in the tab and saving is retried automatically. Check your connection. Don't clear your browser data until the status shows Saved to Khazna.

"Someone else changed this document"

Someone saved a newer version while you were editing. Choose:

• Load their version — your unsaved changes are dropped.
• Keep mine as a copy — your version becomes a separate document.

"You have reached a limit of your plan"

The document is larger than your plan allows, or your storage is full. See Document too large.
