Print a document
Print a document exactly as laid out, or save it as a PDF.
- Select File › Print, or press Ctrl + P (⌘ + P).
- Choose your printer and settings in the print window.
Only the document is printed — not the ribbon or comments. Pages are printed with the page setup even if you use pageless view.
To get a PDF file instead, choose File › Download › PDF.
