Add a signature and sender names

An identity is a sender name and address with its own signature.

1. Open Settings › Identities.
2. Select an identity to edit it, or Add Identity for another of your addresses or aliases.
3. Set:
   • Name — the name recipients see.
   • Reply-To — where replies go, if not to this address.
   • Auto BCC — an address that gets a hidden copy of everything you send.
   • Signature (HTML) — added to the end of your messages.
4. Turn on Default Identity to use it for new messages.
5. Save.

When you write, choose the identity in From. Set the default From for new messages in Settings › Preferences › Default “From” address.
