Forgot your master password
Use your recovery key to set a new master password.
- On the unlock screen, choose Forgot master password?.
- Choose Recovery key and enter the key from your recovery kit.
- Enter a New master password and select Set new master password.
Your recovery key is replaced after you use it: save the new one.
If your organisation set up account recovery for you, choose Organisation admin instead and ask your organisation's administrators to recover your vault. Keep the same browser open: the answer can only be opened there. Your organisation's administrator controls this — contact them.
Warning
Without your recovery key (and without organisation recovery), nobody — not even Woosool — can open your vault.
