Unlock and lock your vault
Unlock Aman with your master password, and choose when it locks itself and clears copied secrets.
Each time you open Aman, enter your Master password and select Unlock. Your master password never leaves your device.
Locking
The vault locks itself when you're idle, when you reload or close the tab, and when you sign out of Woosool. To lock it straight away, choose Lock vault now, or press Ctrl + Shift + L.
In Settings › Preferences, choose:
- Lock after inactivity: how many minutes before it locks;
- Clear copied secrets after: how many seconds before a copied password is cleared from the clipboard.
Note
Your organisation may set a shorter auto-lock time. Your organisation's administrator controls this — contact them.
