Fix common Saboura problems
What to do when a board won't open, a change isn't saved or a picture is refused.
- This board doesn't exist or you no longer have access. It was deleted, moved to the trash, your access ended, or the owner removed you. Ask the board's owner for access.
- The board is locked: only sticky notes can be added. A facilitator locked the board. You can still vote, react and comment.
- Your last change wasn't saved: the board is locked. Reloading… The facilitator changed the lock while you were editing.
- You appear to be offline. Check your connection. Keep working: your changes are kept on this device and sent when you're back online.
- Only PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF pictures can be added. Convert the picture, or attach it as a file.
- Your upload storage is full. Delete some uploads first. Free up space in your Woosool storage.
- This file was blocked by the virus scanner. The file looks unsafe and wasn't added.
- A shortcut doesn't work. Letter shortcuts don't work while you're typing in a note or text. Press Esc first.
