Your account is locked
Why sign-in is locked after too many wrong passwords and how to unlock it.
After 10 wrong passwords in 15 minutes, Woosool locks sign-in to protect your account, and sends an e-mail with an unlock link.
Unlock it
- Open the e-mail and select the unlock link. You see Account unlocked and can sign in again.
- Or wait: sign-in unlocks by itself after 15 minutes.
If the unlock link has expired, select Reset my password or just wait.
Warning
If you didn't make those attempts, someone may know your address and be guessing. Change your password and turn on 2-Step Verification.
